Pranav Barve, M.D.

Pranav R. Barve, M.D., M.P.H. is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician practicing in the Inland Empire area, where he has served the local community since 2014. Dr. Barve graduated from Johns Hopkins with a Master of Public Health, and received his medical degree from Grant Government Medical College in 2009. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Griffin Hospital in Derby, Connecticut. 

Dr. Barve’s credentials include: Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine, California State Medical License, Certification in Human Subjects Research (CITI), Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Certification by Lockhart-Harvard Medical International for HIV/AIDS Basic Training Program for Health Care Providers.

Not only is he an excellent physician, Dr. Barve has also published and given presentations on his medical research, and has assisted in emergency care of victims of terrorist attacks and natural disasters. Dr. Barve’s publications include: “Laparoscopic staging and surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer” (Thiruvengadam Muniraj, Pranav Barve).

In his spare time, Dr. Barve enjoys playing chess, table tennis, lawn tennis, roller skating, traveling, and studying history. He speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, French, Hindi, and Marathi.
